Taking the MFR training with Franziska was among the best decisions I have taken. I was wary about trying to successfully understand a subject I had no knowledge about through Zoom.
But then Franziska was excellent. She has an in-depth knowledge about the subject and goes out of her way to passionately teach MFR with a lot of patience and clear any queries that we had. She also left us with a wealth of material and resources that we could keep going back to revise and understand the subject better. This training is suitable for anyone who is interested to learn more or to teach MyoYin. No prior experience or pre-reading is required. But for those pursuing their 300 hours certification, a minimum of one year.

Upon completion of 100% attendance in live zoom classes, homework assignments and viewing of all recordings, students will be awarded the Yinspiration 60 hours certification which can be applied towards their continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance USA and this certificate will be eligible for the Yinspiration 300 hours certification.
